We're exploring ways to connect U.S. businesses with skilled professionals in Albania, while creating pathways for young people to build fulfilling careers where they live.
But we don't want to design something based on guesses. We're starting with honest conversations—with business owners, students, graduates, and working professionals.
Our hope is to build something that respects both sides, creates real value, and grows with care.
